In Pain Right Now?
Do not sit in an online booking queue. If you have severe pain, facial swelling, a broken tooth or a knocked-out tooth, go to emergency dental care and reach us directly — we hold time in the daily schedule for urgent cases, and those slots are not always visible in online booking.
What to Book
- New patient exam — your first visit. About an hour, including examination, X-rays and usually a cleaning. See new patient information.
- Checkup and cleaning — your regular six-month visit.
- Consultation — for implants, Invisalign, dentures or cosmetic treatment. A conversation and assessment, with a written quote at the end.
- Specific treatment — if you already know what you need, or are following up on a plan we have discussed.
Not sure which applies? Pick the closest and we will sort it out, or get in touch and describe what is going on.
Before Your Appointment
Bring photo ID, your insurance card or Sun Life card if you are covered under CDCP, and a list of any medications you take.
If you are transferring from another practice, let us know who your previous dentist was and we will request your records and X-rays.
Booking for the Whole Family
Mention it when you book and we will arrange consecutive slots so one trip covers everyone. See family dentistry.
If You Are Anxious
Tell us when you book. It changes how we schedule — we allow more time, and we will not rush you. Sedation options are available if you want them.
Cost and Coverage
See our fees and payment options before you book if cost is a consideration. We accept CDCP, ODSP, Healthy Smiles Ontario and most private plans with direct billing.
Need to Change or Cancel?
Let us know as far ahead as you can. Appointments are in demand and an early cancellation lets us offer the slot to someone waiting — often someone in pain.
