Why We Ask for Reviews
Choosing a dentist is difficult when every practice website says the same things about itself. Reviews from actual patients are more useful than anything we could write here.
If you have been in recently, we would appreciate a few words. It takes a minute and it genuinely helps someone else decide.
If Something Went Wrong
Tell us before you tell the internet — not to keep it quiet, but because we would rather fix it.
If an appointment did not go the way it should have, if you were kept waiting, or if a bill was not what you expected, get in touch. Most complaints come down to something we can put right, and we would rather have the chance.
A Note on Dental Reviews
Worth knowing when you are reading reviews of any dental practice: people who had a painful problem resolved tend to leave glowing reviews, and people who got an unexpected bill tend to leave angry ones. Neither tells you much about clinical quality.
Look instead for patterns. Do reviewers mention being told costs in advance? Being listened to? Not being pressured into treatment? Those are the things that actually predict what your experience will be like.
What We Try to Get Right
- Telling you what things cost before we do them
- Not selling treatment you did not come in for
- Taking dental anxiety seriously rather than working around it
- Making room for emergencies the same day
- Accepting CDCP, ODSP and Healthy Smiles Ontario when many practices do not
