Roles We Hire For
- General dentists — associate positions, full or part time
- Registered dental hygienists
- Certified dental assistants (Level I and II)
- Treatment coordinators and front desk staff — including insurance and billing experience
What It Is Like Here
Worth being straight about, since job listings are usually interchangeable.
We do not run a production-target practice. Nobody is measured on treatment plan value. If a patient does not need something, we do not sell it — and clinicians are not put in the position of being asked to.
Appointments are scheduled with enough time. Including longer slots for anxious patients and new patient exams. Chronic overbooking is how good staff burn out.
We take a lot of coverage-program patients. CDCP, ODSP and Healthy Smiles Ontario. That means more admin and lower per-patient revenue than a private-pay-only practice. It also means treating people who would otherwise go without, which matters to us and should matter to you if you are going to be happy here.
Continuing education is supported. If you want to develop in implants, sedation, orthodontics or another area, we would rather fund it than lose you to a practice that will.
What We Look For
- Clinical honesty — recommending the right treatment, including when it is the cheaper one
- Patience with anxious patients rather than irritation
- Not making patients feel judged, whatever state they arrive in
- Being straightforward with people about cost
Clinical skill matters and can be taught. The rest is harder to train.
Students and New Graduates
We are open to new graduates and to hygiene and assisting students looking for placement or a first role. Everyone starts somewhere, and a supportive first job makes a considerable difference to how a career goes.
