People searching for a dentist open Saturday in Windsor are usually doing it for one of two reasons. Either something hurts and it is the weekend, or they work weekdays and taking two hours off for a cleaning is more disruptive than the cleaning is worth. Neither is well served by a practice that publishes hours it does not keep. The table below is the current schedule, and when hours change for a holiday we update this page and our Google Business Profile together.

If You Need Care Outside Our Hours
If you have a problem and we are closed, get in touch as soon as we open rather than waiting for a convenient slot later in the week. Dental problems rarely improve overnight, and a tooth that is manageable on Friday evening is often worse by Monday. Some situations should not wait for us at all — go to a hospital emergency department for any of these:
- Facial swelling with any difficulty breathing or swallowing
- Swelling that is spreading, particularly towards the eye or neck
- A high fever alongside dental pain or swelling
- Bleeding you cannot stop with firm pressure
- Significant facial trauma or a suspected jaw fracture

Emergency Slots Are Held in the Daily Schedule
We keep time open each day for urgent cases rather than filling the book weeks ahead. Those slots go quickly, so contact us early in the day. Ringing at four in the afternoon about pain that started at seven usually means waiting until tomorrow.
Say what is happening when you get in touch. Swelling, a tooth loosened by a knock, or pain that wakes you are treated differently from a chip that looks bad but does not hurt.
Holiday Closures
We close on Ontario statutory holidays and over Christmas and New Year, posted here and on our Google Business Profile ahead of time. If you are mid-treatment across a closure — a temporary crown, a healing extraction site — we will tell you beforehand what to do if something changes.
How Long Your Appointment Will Take
Booking the right length matters, so say what you need rather than booking a general appointment.
- A checkup and examination — short, and longer for a first visit with a full assessment and X-rays
- A scale and polish — depends how much needs removing and how long since your last visit
- A filling — one appointment, longer for several teeth
- A crown, root canal or extraction — a longer block, sometimes two visits
- An urgent problem — we assess and get you comfortable, not always the same appointment as the repair
- Anything involving sedation — extra time either side, plus an escort home
Book children earlier in the day. Family appointments can often be stacked so several people are seen in one trip — worth asking about if you travel in from elsewhere in the areas we serve.

Often, yes — we hold urgent time in the daily schedule. Contact us as early as you can, because those appointments are taken by mid-morning most days.
Do you see new patients outside normal hours?
New patient appointments need a longer block, so they are usually scheduled in regular hours. Read new patient information and what happens at a first visit first.
