The Content Here Is General Information
Everything published here is general dental information. It is not dental advice, medical advice or a diagnosis, and it is no substitute for an examination by a dentist who can see your mouth, your history and your X-rays.
Reading a page here does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That begins when you attend as a patient and we agree to provide care. Do not start, stop, delay or change treatment based on something you read here. Two people with the same symptom often need different treatments.
Do Not Rely on This Website in an Emergency
This site is not monitored around the clock and no page on it can assess an urgent problem.
If you have facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, a dental injury, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or pain you cannot manage, seek in-person care immediately — contact a dentist, attend a hospital emergency department, or call emergency services. Our emergency dental care page explains what we treat as urgent and what belongs in hospital, but it is guidance, not triage. A form on this site is not a way to reach us urgently.
Accuracy and Availability
We write this site carefully and keep it current as far as we reasonably can. We do not warrant that every page is complete, accurate or up to date when you read it. Two areas change more often than the rest:
- Fees. Any figures here are general Ontario ranges or illustrations of what drives a cost, not a quotation. The Ontario Dental Association publishes a suggested fee guide, revised each January, and it is a suggested guide rather than a mandated price list. What you will pay is set out in a written estimate before treatment begins. See fees and payment.
- Public coverage programs. Eligibility rules, income thresholds, co-payment tiers and covered services are set by government and change without reference to us. Confirm your position with the administering body.
We may change, move or remove content at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
The text, images, layout and other material here belong to the practice or to whoever licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the source page.
You may not republish substantial portions of the site, use our content commercially, scrape or systematically copy it, use it to train commercial models, or present it as your own. You may not use our name or branding to suggest we endorse you, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorised access.
Third-Party Links, Tools and Widgets
This site links to third-party websites, including government coverage programs and professional bodies. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
Parts of this site also rely on embedded third-party tools — online booking, review displays and maps. Those run under their providers’ own terms and privacy practices and may be unavailable at times. A booking made through an embedded tool is confirmed by us, not by the widget: if you have not heard from us, assume it is not confirmed and get in touch. Messages and Information You Send Us
If you submit a form, request an appointment or message us through this site, keep it brief and administrative — your name, how to reach you, what you need.
Do not send detailed health information, images of a dental problem, insurance numbers or identification through website forms or email. Those channels are convenient, not secure. Bring clinical detail to the appointment or give it by phone. Anything you send may be stored and used to respond to your request, as described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website, reliance on anything published on it, interruption or error in the site or its third-party tools, or content on sites we link to.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your rights regarding the dental care we provide to you as a patient. Those obligations come from our professional and legal duties, not from this page.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible. If something is not working for you, tell us. Our accessibility statement explains how we handle that and how to request information in another format.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute relating to this website is subject to the courts of Ontario.
